only with a deposit in the amount equal to the rate of one night's stay.

CheckIn/Check Out
Check in is between 4 and 6 pm and check out is 11 am unless prior arrangements
are made.Please ask about our off-season rates.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, there will be a $25 cancellation fee and
to receive full refund of your deposit you must notify us two weeks (14
days) in advance of your arrival date. No refund will be made for less
than two week's notice. If you have ooked within the 14 day period and
cancel, fail to show for the booked date, or depart prior to your booked
departure date, you card will be charged for the full amount of the booking.
Smoking, Children and Pets
Smoking is permitted only on the open portion of the porch. In consideration
of our guests, we cannot accept children under 12 or pets.
Special Needs
If you have special dietary needs or would like something done for a special
occasion, please inquire and we will do our best to make the necessary
arrangements. We cheerfully prepare vegan and vegetarian breakfast. Please
notify us in advance. Your pleasure is our business.
